Structured Question Generation for Query Resolution

Objective

The project aims to develop a system that generates a series of structured questions to answer a user query comprehensively. The questions will be generated in a specific sequence to ensure the final answer is detailed, coherent, and follows a proper narrative form. Given the potential vagueness of user queries, the system will employ a hierarchical approach, generating questions in the following order: descriptive analytics, diagnostic analytics, predictive analytics, and prescriptive analytics. Objectives Query Understanding: Parse and understand the user's query to identify key elements and context. Determine the level of detail required based on the query. Structured Question Generation: Generate descriptive analytics questions to understand the "what" of the data. Develop diagnostic analytics questions to explore the "why" behind the data trends. Create predictive analytics questions to forecast future trends and outcomes. Formulate prescriptive analytics questions to provide actionable recommendations. Coherent Narrative Construction: Ensure the generated questions and corresponding answers form a coherent and logical narrative. Present the final answer in a structured format, combining textual explanations and visualizations.
