Objective

- Automate Courseware Review Using GenAI Leverage Generative AI models to automatically analyze courseware content (text, images, lab steps, code, diagrams) against a predefined quality checklist and internal standards. - Ensure Compliance With Formatting & Structural Guidelines Automatically validate formatting rules, heading hierarchy, navigation structure, image source requirements, and document consistency using deterministic logic + AI where needed. - Enhance Content Quality Through AI‑Driven Corrections Use GenAI to generate precise corrections for grammar, clarity, redundancy, accessibility, tone, and factual accuracy—while preserving the author’s intent. - Identify and Address Content Gaps Automatically detect missing topics, incomplete explanations, outdated material, inaccurate diagrams, or broken workflows, and recommend content additions or improvements. - Reduce Manual Review Effort & Improve Reviewer Productivity Automate repetitive review tasks to minimize SME time investment, enabling reviewers to focus on high‑value content decisions rather than mechanical checks. - Enable Automated and Consistent “Review” & “Final Fixed” Outputs Generate two deliverables: • Review Document → Issues annotated with comments and severity • Final Fixed Document → Fully corrected and optimized version 7. Create a Scalable, Reusable, and Explainable Framework Develop a modular architecture combining deterministic rules + GenAI + retrieval + verification so the system can scale across multiple domains, formats, and subjects.

Outcome

1. Fully Reviewed Courseware Against the Checklist A consistent, automated evaluation of content against formatting, grammar, navigation, duplication, AI safety, accessibility, and technical accuracy standards. 2. High‑Quality “Final Fixed” Courseware A professionally corrected, consistent, and clean version of the courseware—ready for publication without additional manual editing.
