Quantum Tutor - Chatbot to help teach and study about Quantum Computing
Objective
Create two chatbots and compare between them:
1. create a RAG based chatbot using lang chain framework on some open learning material on quantum computing like research papers etc.
2. create a Agentic Chatbot based on same content but some more apis to learn from.
