Objective

Farmers in Maharashtra face significant language barriers and have limited access to essential information regarding government schemes and agricultural best practices. Many farmers are not proficient in English, making it crucial to provide information in Marathi. Additionally, there is a pressing need for support in diagnosing crop health through the analysis of leaf images.

Outcome

By building this solution, IBM strengthens its presence in AgriTech and aligns with government agricultural initiatives. By collaborating with the government, IBM can ensure the chatbot offers real-time access to national and state schemes and policies for farmers. This partnership enhances IBM's AI leadership, expands market reach, and fosters long-term growth in the agricultural sector.
