Objective | We are trying to solve a user reported existing issue (#20) in the library’s GitHub repository, which is to estimate bounds and data_norm parameters using histograms. ( Privacy preserving parametrization)
As suggested in the issue description itself we plan to make use of clip_to _bounds and clip_to_norm from Diffprivlib’s 3.0 version.
